As a former professional dancer, Kelly knows all too well how chronic pain and discomfort can affect our daily lives and why routine massage & bodywork are crucial for a healthy body. Her love of anatomy & physiology led her from her dance career into one of healing others. She graduated from University of North Carolina at Greensboro with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Dance Performance & Choreography. After a few years of dancing with professional companies in Charlotte and Minneapolis she hung up her boogie shoes to pursue a career in Massage Therapy & Bodywork. She attended North Carolina School of Advanced Bodywork in Charlotte, NC where she delved more deeply into how our bodies function from the inside out. She had the privilege to work for McCartney Chiropractic & Massage for two years, serving a range of clients and expanding her knowledge before deciding to go out on her own. In addition to growing her business, Kelly also serves as the Massage Therapist for Charlotte Ballet’s Principal dancers. She loves getting back to her dancing roots with a different approach. The body is constantly teaching us if we open ourselves to hearing what it has to say and giving it the love it needs on a regular basis.
